Friday 5

I’m starting a new series on my blog, Friday 5, where I share five things I’ve found and loved throughout the week to share with you all. This is going to be a mix of things from across all areas—travel, lifestyle, planning, fashion, beauty, and more. It won’t always be products — it might be a video, inspiration, anything I find that I find inspiring.

Here are five things I’ve been loving this week.

1 // Traditional Cretan Wedding

If you’ve ever wondered what a traditional Greek wedding looks like, look no further than this video. It almost brought me to tears with how beautiful it was. I highly recommend spending a couple minutes to watch this.

2 // Kale Moong Dal Chaat from Urban Village

We had a team lunch this week at an Indian fusion restaurant called Urban Village. We got Kale Moong Dal Chaat as a starter and IT. WAS. SO. GOOD. The dish consists of crispy kale topped with sprouted lentils, tamarind, mint, cilantro puree and roasted cumin yogurt. I still dream about it and can’t wait to have it again. The rest of the food was great, so if you are in the area, check it out.

3 // Kitchen Decor Inspiration

I follow this Instagram account, Léon & George, who sell premium indoor plants. It shared this photo of this GORGEOUS kitchen. I love the colors and design and would love to have it in my own house!

4 // “Drive to Survive” Season 2

If you are an F1/racing/sports fan, you need to watch “Drive to Survive” on Netflix ASAP. It’s back with season two, which follows the 10 teams who competed in the 2019 F1 season. It is so good – I binged the whole season the weekend it came out. Plus, the drivers are all very attractive too.

5 // Matcha Latte from Dunkin’ Donuts

So, Dunkin’ sells matcha lattes now! I found out about this from a Facebook Group I’m in. and wanted to try it. I was driving home from running errands and decided to stop by Dunkin for coffee. I saw it on the menu and decided to try it. I really enjoyed it and know it’s going to be a new coffee staple for me especially as the weather gets warmer. If you like matcha, I definitely recommend trying it.

Have a great weekend!
